Business development manager
We are developing Kwikwins, technology startup, an on-demand product competency platform, in new regions. We help founders and entrepreneurs form product teams to solve digital product development challenges.
We are looking for a business development leader — executive who will help build the process of attracting founders and creators of digital startups to our platform.
Description
You will be:
  • Leading the implementation of the sales strategy in the assigned territories and ensuring that the quota is met by the team
  • Hiring, managing and training the B2B sales team
  • Conducting regular sales funnel reviews with team members and monitoring their performance against KPIs
  • Chatting with CEOs of great technological startups all over the world in messengers
  • Managing the CRM with your leads and test new sales approaches
  • Participate in TOP blockchain conferences all over the world
  • Provide market feedback and propose new product features
  • Develop yourself in the field of Future of Work and IT
  • Coordinating cross-functional interaction of the sales department with other business units
  • Participating in strategically important negotiations and meetings with clients
What we expect from candidate:
  • You have 2+ years in sales or business development
  • You are a fluent English speaker (C1-C2), as 90% of our clients are English-speaking
  • You are very disciplined as we don’t like micromanagement
  • You understand the mechanics of the basic sales, have problem-solving skills
  • You have basic knowledge in blockchain & product development
  • You have experience in the international market: preference for the markets of the Middle East & Latin America
  • You know sales cycles and how leads convert through the funnel
  • Are you interested in working with us in the Future of Work segment
  • You are independent, proactive and result-oriented
  • You are empathic, open, able to find an approach to different people
  • You know how to be a real business partner and how to work in a team
