Product marketing manager
We are developing Kwikwins, technology startup, an on-demand product competency platform, in new regions. We help founders and entrepreneurs form product teams to solve digital product development challenges.
We are looking for a Product marketing manager who will lead the process of attracting founders and creators of digital startups to our platform with digital marketing instruments and approaches
- Executing an effective digital strategy to achieve business objectives from brand awareness through to conversion and retention
- Creating cross channel digital assets which are engaging, on brand and designed to resonate with the target audience
- Developing and implement a strategy in digital and omni-channels, utilizing the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Managing the budget for all digital marketing tools to ensure ROI and effective cost of acquisition
- Ensuring effective planning, execution and optimisation of key traffic KPIs in channels of paid attraction, organic, own media channels
- Actively seeking and identify new ways and channels of engagement
- Testing hypotheses a lot and actively to improve performance marketing indicators
- Collaborating with the team and external partners (designers, copywriters, content developers, etc.)
- Always ensuring that a customer-centric (obsessed) approach is used to activate digital marketing activities through creative, messaging, and targeting opportunities
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Write compelling posts, ads, articles, how-to content that people appreciate and respond to
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights & instrument conversion points, enhancing user funnels
- Managing Target, CPA, Context advertising
- Exploring customer pain points and apply insights to the product (landing page)
- Launching promo campaigns online
- Testing growth hypotheses with A/B tests (according to the HADI-cycle method): cannibalizing organic traffic with brand traffic, measuring the effectiveness of various creatives, promotional campaigns with various receipts, etc.
- Analysing results in Google Analytics
What we expect from candidate:
- You have experience in IT and/or digital industry
- You have 2 or more years of experience in digital marketing
- You have an excellent understanding of digital tools and how they work
- You know how to correctly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities: calculate ROMI, CPL, CAC
- You understand the peculiarities of working with marketing tools: loyalty, targeted and contextual advertising, SEO, CPA networks, SMM, CRM, content marketing
- You are interested in working with us in the Future of Work segment
- You are independent, proactive and result-oriented
- You are empathic, open, able to find an approach to different people
- You have a sense of taste and follow the trends of the digital environment
- You know how to be a real business partner and work in a team
- You have good written and spoken English (C1-C2)
